Today was one of those dreary days where you just felt lazy. I didn't get much of anything accomplished besides making a yummy dinner. Chicken Parmesan with spaghetti and texas toast! Jacob even ate some which really shocked me since he is SO picky. We're trying hard to get him to use a normal sippy cup rather then the one with a straw. He keeps drinking, and pretty much spitting out the last little bit. It's frustrating and our carpet is stained. Thankfully we have a steam vac which I will probably use this week. It was a nice day though spent with my boys. I always think weekends just fly by way too fast.
Has anyone heard of this free shipping Friday? It's December 17th. I'm probably going to take advantage and get all my Christmas presents bought then! It's looking like they won't get there in time for Christmas, but it's the thought that counts right? If you haven't heard, here is the website. It says more then 1000 stores are participating. The list looks long enough!
I can't believe Christmas is so close. The hubbs ended up getting to work Christmas Eve instead of Christmas. I am really excited to watch Jacob open his toys. I think we went a little overboard, but last Christmas he was just a wee little one!
