Our Day.

Ever since last Christmas I had really wanted to make salt dough ornaments of Jacob's hand print. I REALLY regret not doing it last year. But this year I was determined to get it done. So today I finally did it. I made two, one for our tree and one for my moms. I think it came out pretty cute. I used a recipe with cinnamon in it, which added a nice color, and smell. Jacob wasn't too excited about putting his hands in the dough but he was a trooper.

While the ornaments were baking I decided to make my mom a Christmas card from Jacob. I went to a couple different store and couldn't find anything that I liked. So I figured why not let Jacob color on some paper instead! I forgot to take a picture but the front just said Merry Christmas Grandmom. Knowing my mom, she'll enjoy it a lot more then some card that a billion other grandmoms got this Christmas.

Of course while I am cleaning up from the ornament making, Jacob decides I need more messes to clean up! haha. He can really trash a kitchen! Uga, our bulldog, is always by his side.
