Cloth diapers & Thanksgiving.

I've wanted to get into cloth diapers for awhile now. I just wasn't even sure where to start or what kind to try. A friend suggested doing flips covers with prefolds. While that is a cheap/easy way to do things I just wasn't digging the prefolds. So I thought what would be a better way to get into it, then to win some! In other news, thanksgiving is this week! It's my favorite holiday. Not only is the food SO GOOD, but it's just a day to sit back, enjoy time with family, and be thankful. I think everyone [myself included] tries to rush around and worry about presents for this person and that person. So when Thanksgiving hits people don't really sit and reflect on their lives and how lucky they are. I am a very lucky girl. I have an amazing husband who supports me in everything that I do and loves me for who I am. Even the extra pounds I have put on since getting married 4 years ago. Haha! I have an adorable son who amazes me every single day and I am SO proud of him. He makes my days better and while he's not the happiest all the time, he is pretty entertaining. I have a roof over my head. And lots of food [maybe too much] for my belly. So all in all I would say I have a pretty amazing life and I hope that I don't lose sight of that.
